Babies and a county fair....

Olivia Grace came into our lives on Sunday, June 14 amist much excitment and some very tired grandparents (hospital waiting rooms are not made for comfort and grandparents aren't made for pulling "all-nighters"!!). Of course we all agreed she was the most precious beautiful little thing we had ever seen:) and our fatigue quickly vanished (for awhile anyway). We are proud of Stephanie and Andy and know that parenting will be their best accomplishment! The same week brought a Reserve Grand Champion trophy into the family by means of Kaylynn with her Hamp barrow at the Grant County Fair - how exciting is that. Papa was there in the mist of it all while Aunt Stephanie and myself got updates all day long via text messages from Kelly and a couple excited phone calls from Papa! Garrett too, got to show a pig in Mini 4-H and as of this post we are waiting to see how his cat, Sylvester, does in the Mini 4-H cat show at the fair today. What an exciting time. Everyone is anxiously awaiting July for Eli, Drew, Jordan, Cathy & Andy will be in Indiana for a couple of weeks - can't wait for that. Hmm, only thing better would be if little Oliva Grace, mommy & daddy popped in for a few days too!! - well, we can dream can't we!!
